So what do you get when you add:
Old Chucks, Scissors, Duct Tape, Needle, Thread, Ribbon, a splash of creativity, a lot of boredom, and nothing to do?

Well, "mary jane" chucks, that's what.






I took this picture at like 3:30 in the afternoon today...yes, I am still in PJs. No, I haven't showered at all today, but I will in about two hours, and I'm not going anywhere, so yeah



 
 
Lemme know what you think. They aren't done yet, Im too lazy to finish them....and I don't know what I'm gonna do to them yet, I just know that they aren't done.

yeah, that was sort of a last minute thing. I didnt want them to unravel, so I was like..uhh...DUCT TAPE! I plan to fix them up, and make them look better. I'll post pics when I do.

i did that with a pair of mine too. But i left the edges unfinished, and laced them with hot pink ribbon. Try using bias tape around the edges. Just glue and smooth it down. And I'm gluing the tongue of the shoe to the other parts, because it always pinches my toes!
