First sewn clothing Item... Black, and red Tulle tutu skirt ~*~ Now With Tute~*~
«

So this is the first piece of clothing i have ever made. And also my first piece made without a pattern....
So here it is...
So, it is see through... It was designed to be worn over 3/4 black tights...
Im pretty proud of it... and... I want to keep it....
But its for part of my sisters christmas present... So i cant... *pout*
Ohwell... im gonna make me one...
The first is always the proto-type yeah..?? haha
oh.. another great thing... It was made out of two pieces of fabric from a remnant bin and i have enough of the black stretchy to make myself a top aswell...!!!

Modified to add tutorial, Hope its alright, this is also my first tutorial, and i didn't have any Left Over tulle To make another, So its made in boring old paint.

Yeah, im not a fan of the tights either... But, its for my sister, and she is into that kind of thing. Plus, the tulle is kinda see through... haha, but, i spose the good thing is is the band is pretty long so it can cover everything that most people dont want to be showing... haha

I was thinking that...!!! Only, id probably go for green and red, only cause it never snows here at christmas... being summer and all...!

Actually its not too bad... I tried it on myself (to make sure it sits right) and the tulle doesnt itch hardly at all.... its pretty fine stuff....
Thanks..

Well... I was lucky, I found the stretch stuff in the remnant bin for AU$1 and it was a HUGE piece, enough to make about 10 bands for this skirt if not more... Im actually going to make a top or two out of the left over part.

Oh My gosh...!!!! Are you serious... Maybe i should make some and set up an ebay shop...
of course i would sell them cheaper... Sheesh..!! $30...!! was that US$ too...
? omg... it cost less that AU$2 to make..!! I dont have any tulle to make another for a tutorial... But i will whip up a Paint one today and see how i go...!!
And again, thanks everyone i am flattered....
