i've lived in jacksonville for a year and still haven't found a group of people to get something going with. im a senior painting/drawing major at UNF. if anyone is interested let me know. i just thought it would be awesome to start a collective of artists around here, and see what happens.

What part of town do you live on? I live in Riverside, and it's pretty easy to find artists here as most of the inhabitants are independant artists. Check out 5 Points in Riverside/Downtown to find like minded people.
I'm not an artist per se, I do a lot of crafting but most people don't consider it art.

I do some on etsy.

It's hard to find guys that are crafty that sell their stuff online. Was hoping to see who all was out there.

Do you have an etsy store?

How did you like the program at UNF?
I'm probably going to be starting it in the fall.

I really loved UNF because of the size. The arts program is fairly small so you get lots of one on one time with professors. If you get a chance, be sure to take courses with Dr Carter, Louise Freshman Brown, Emily Arthur Douglas, and Professor Gaddy....I have a list of others but I don't think they are there anymore.
