Here is my newly (well, June!) redecorated bathroom, with a pirate theme (all rooms ought to have a theme!). I lost my before pics, but it was your standard shell pink and white *yawn* bathroom. Everything was thrifted, made or salvaged from another room in the house (you'd be surprised how piratey things can look in the right context!). I think the most we spent was on paint, maybe $50.

Some of you might have seen it before if you're on Livejournal.

Bartholomew, the bathroom greeter!

This should be featured on HGTV! It's FANTASTIC! I love it so much! I wish my bathroom could be so cool. And the best part about it, is that you did it yourself, and didn't need a designer's help to do it! Great job!

My 3 year old little girl insisted on a pirate birthday party.. Ahoy thar.  It was great.  I will not let her see these pictures or I will have to redecorate her funky flower room.  You must put a copy of the book How I became a Pirate.  in for bathroom reading.  That's one deck I might actually swab.
