If my dog's a pimp, does that make me the ho?

Anyone have a super easy sling pattern?  I found a listing for a pattern that's for a child that is old enough to sit on your hip and also one more like what I'm looking for only much more complicated.

I really just need one for my 5-pound puppy (not the one shown in my posts, that's a gargantuan chi/mutt of 13 pounds) so that she doesn't keep trying to accidentally slide off my lap when I'm at the computer.  I want to be able to work it up pretty quickly and am just going to use some acrylic that I have around.  Chis love hidey places and I had sort of followed a sewing pattern for a sling when we first adopted the 13-pounder but he's long since outgrown that and it never really was what I wanted anyway so it's not possible to just try to crochet one like the sewn one.

If someone could even just give me a basic idea of what I'd be doing I might be o.k. without detailed instructions. lol

Thanks!  Happy crocheting!

Awww, that's idea! Just be carefull though ---little paws and little claws have a tendancy to get stuck in yarn. Would it be better to make it out of fleece or something?

Have fun with your little friend  Grin

if you go to thebabywearer.com you should find a sling you like and most likely instructions on how to make it too Smiley
