OK... this cost all of $0.73 for the wooden dowel that I cut in half.  If you add the bobins I used to attach to the ends that I already had plus the green cord that holds it all together I think you might come up with about $2.00.  It might not be the cutest craft, but I had drawers of tangled ribbon and tangled stitch witch.  Now I have a ribbon holder and a dispenser. Yay!

Oh, btw i have a bf who decided that crafts in the house are messy.  Thats why this is in the breezeway between the house and the garage.  Its where i must sprayglue/do anything deemed "messy".  LOL He's a geek and a neat freak, but I love him... whats a messy crafter to do?!
