Any one in Meadow lake?

I'm technically not in meadow lake, but am close, I was just wondering if there is anyone else out there.  My town seems to lack in Craft minded people     it'sd be fun to do Craftster meet up!

Hey, I'm not in Meadow Lake or surrounding area, but my friend is thinking about moving there. . . how are the craft supplies up there?  (She likes to craft, too)

hrm... not wonderful, but there are some. I just heard about a craft supplies store in Meadow, and have yet to get to it. (craft stores and 2yr and 5 yr olds don't mix) There is some fabric, but not a wide selection.

Hopefully that doesn't change her mind lol

I'm from Spruce Lake.SK.   Near St. Walburg.
I would love to form a sewing club. Seems like everyone likes to quilt but I'm into recreating vintage clothing but I love to sew clothes, period.
 Reformated my life a couple of years ago and haven't had much time to sew , til now.
Thought it would be fun to have a group to do thrift store revamps with! Totally dig Steampunk Style too!
Anyone game?

The weather was so lousy today I wished I could have stayed home and created. But alas my boss needs me to work.LOL   I run embroidery machines and its peak time right now. Still a fun job though.
There isn't much for crafting supplies in Lloyd. Where do find your supplies?

I find them in a mix of Meadow lake, Cold lake and on line.  And when we are traveling, I get to go to Micheals and fabric land
