I had no idea that there was a sectiion for art beyond crafts.  I never even paged down on the home page to see everything.  I love it.  This is a couple of my recent completions.  I'm working on putting a show together that revolves around women and what we (society) view as beautiful.  This is the tragic beauty, Mata Hari, and an emotionally confusing painting of a geisha.  They are both done in oil.

I have some of my work posted at www.mnartists.org, under my name, Jackee Sandelands.  These two pieces have already sold, luckily for me.  I am working on other stuff right now, so I'll post when I get it together and finish some of them.  I work on a larger scale and it seems to take a while.  The paintings I posted are about 28" wide and tall (I forget the dimensions exactly).  I also have some other projects, which I posted on the miscellaneous completed projects area of the forum.  Some brooches I made for Xmas presents.  You should check them out.  They are tiny and satisfying to finish in one night. I checked out the site. WOW!!! Smiley I like all of it very much. You should add that address to your signature so other crafster members can check it out when you post in other threads. Really fantastic work. Keep it up, d
