I used the amazing Marvy Fabric Markers to turn this super girly pillowcase from the thrift store (only $1.15) into a personalized much-cooler pillowcase for my little sister. These markers are so easy to use, don't come out in the wash, and make it easy to draw fine lines & details. Sorry to sound like an infomercial! Here's a link to where you can get them: http://www.durablesupply.com/fabricmarkers.html.

Hey thats really neat!!  How many times have you washed the pillowcase?  I would like to try it on my duvet cover, but don't want it to fade (too quickly!)

Hope your sister liked the pillowcase!  I think I got that sheet set from a garage sale this summer lol!

I haven't washed it yet, but I have a pillowcase skirt that I used these markers on, and they didn't fade when they went through the wash! I think its pretty much the same idea as a permanent marker, which will NEVER come out of clothing. Thanks for the compliments!
