Will this be an ongoing project after your upcoming shipment.  Meaning will you send packages every so often or give out the address so people can continue this work?  I have a knitting group I would like to introduce this to, but just wanted to know that first.

Thanks,
Whit

Excellent! I should report that I have recently established contact with one of the board of directors of the St Andrews Clinic in Mtunthama, Malawi. They will happily receive our donations of bandages in any size...so keep knitting and crochetting! How are we looking for a potential mail out in April?

ladybugger, April would work for me Smiley  It's nice to have a tentative deadline because it'll keep me in check!  I'm almost done with one and if I put my mind to it, I should be able to finish a couple more before April comes around!

I'm sad to report I haven't even started one yet.. I've got the supplies there, but I've also been recently "diagnosed" (haha) as preggo, so I've had no energy to spare.  I will do this, it'll just take me a while.

My great grandma sent me information about this a few months ago and I have been working on some bandages here and there. I have two completely done.
This is a great inbetween projects project.

Don't feel bad sammyb, I only have a sad two or three inches on mine...BUT, I think that having a deadline will help to compell me. Also, congratulations on your "diagnosis"  Wink I am sure you are already scoping out baby knit projects.

Hey sammyb!  Congrats!  I might have to hook you up with more cookies (if you're allowed to have them Wink)!
