Organizers please make sure newbies have in progress feedback

So I'm organizing a pretty big swap right now and in THREE cases a person has told me they don't have positive feedback for their first swap yet, but could give me proof their package was received, and when I checked up on it they had no feedback at all. This isn't shortly after the swap started cause it's after they completed their requirements. I know that sometimes feedback doesn't go through, but maybe we should start making a note of who is a newbie and actually check their feedback to make sure the in progress is there. We can't control the one swap at a time rule if organizers don't add the feedback comment right away and even when people are honest about it being their second swap- as these guys were for me- it adds confusion.
I'm going to figure out what swap they were in and PM those organizers about adding them, but I thought I'd just jump onto the pulpit and talk about it here too

The feedback is not working properly right now. Its making everything a BIG pain. I have tried numerous times to update my feedback and there seems to be a glitch.

Yeah, I realize that now.
 A couple randomly go through and the rest don't work, and short of checking profiles you can't know if it worked or not.
I'm totally putting off feedback for my big swap till things move a little faster...

I don't know if the feedback has been working for a while. I was in the sock moneky swap this summer, and I still don't have feedback. (Even though my partner recieved and everything.)

I think thats just slackness from the organizer. Its only been down for a couple of weeks.

When should those 'in progresses' be posted? The day they PM you their info. or the day sign-ups end and the swap officially begins?

i usually post the feedback the day the signups end. that way they can back out if they really need to. and it's more of a final entry into the swap.
