I made this cutie using Simplicity pattern 4845.  http://www.simplicity.com/dv1_v4.cfm?design=4845

He is about 16 inches tall and made with plush felt and has jointed arms, legs, and neck.  I plan on sewing him the flannel scarf and hat shown in the pattern picture, but for now I just knit him up a quick little hat with some scrap yarn I had.  I was tired of looking at his bald head!  Wink


I plan on making alot more of these before christmas, but I had an awful hard time finding doll joints.  Does anyone know of a good place that sells 45mm doll joints?

He is lovely, might have to try something like that myself Smiley

Anyway, you should try ebay for the doll joints, you should be able to pick them up from there.  Hope that helps Smiley and good luck completing the snowman family!

Thanks for the nice comments.  I found a place online to order doll joints and thought I'd share in case someone else comes around looking...I ordered some from http://www.crscrafts.com/.  SO more snowmen on the way!! Cheesy YAY
