Korean Soojong gwa--Cinnamon and ginger punch

I made this for Thanksgiving and it turned out SO well. It's also very easy to make

Ingredients:
Water
6 sticks cinnamon
3 tablespoons of fresh ginger, cut into slices (or ginger to taste)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
pine nuts

Boil 1/2 gallon of water and add the cinnamon sticks. Boil another 1/2 gallon of water and put in the ginger. Put both on simmer for 30 minutes (more if you want the punch to have a stronger flavor), then combine the 2 and add the sugar. Let cool, then drink, adding 2-3  pine nuts as decoration to each cup.

This is a not-too-sweet punch with a little kick. I love it!
