i'm so glad you like everything jodi!!
and i'm also very very happy to see that the hoops are still standing for the world cup! haha, you have no idea the headache i went through trying to make them all tiny.. which is why they're far from perfect. anyways, i had to make tiny armatures out of foil so that they would stand, so if they happen to tip over, you *should* be able to push them back into place..
when you kept mentioning quidditch, i HAD to make something cool! luckily i was able to brainstorm this idea while in class.. who needs to listen to a teacher blab about history anyways??

i just feel guilty about not making a shirt after bugging you so many times to get a shirt size lol

thanks again for being my partner!! and i wanna thank implacey again for organizing this amazing swap!

i'm a cheater, that's how! i tried to just do the regular old stencil with freezer paper.. spent like 2 hrs cutting out all the letters (on the back is a quote from the book.. why are you worried about u - know - who) and when i started to iron on the fabric, it turned it all sorts of purple and i almost had a heart attack.. then i got over it and just stencilled.. but either because of the fabric or the zipper on the other side making it hard to iron on.. my paint bled. alot. i cried.
then i went out and bought another pouch and started over, but this time i used the yellow stickers i had left over from her altoid tin, and i just stuck them onto the fabric and mod podged over it once i was satisfied with their position. lemme tell ya.. stickers.. much much easier. but you might need some nails to do it as it took alot of repositioning to make it all fit

Well I haven't heard from my partner, girlwonder, since.. way before christmas. I know she recieved her stuff (thank you good ol' d/c number). SOOO... I figured I'd post what I sent anyway! Cheesy

Her fav house was slytherin.. so I based everything on that!

Snape shirt with Dark Mark

Stuffed slytherin snake (which hurt my hands to stuff!!)

Slytherin neck scarf (which i knitted in random stripes... cause I love random stripes)

and the pin I made to hold it togeather...

i have a total love for all harry-potter related scarves, especially since my wonderful partner hgflower sent me my AWESOME gryffindor scarf, which even as we speak is keeping me from turning into an icicle!!
