i looove egg nog. so very very much. but, i don't really know any ways to make it even better (if thats possible! lol.) so does anyone have recipies for drinks, desserts, anything tht includes egg nog. all i know is to put a cinnamon stick in your glass  Tongue

It makes fab french toast or bread pudding.

Parfaits: mix the eggnog with gelatin (dissolve the gelatin in water, heat to melt and add to eggnog, then whip the whole thing), and layer in glasses with crushed ginger snaps, gingerbread, or fruit (brandied would be good).

Add to cake batter to replace some of the liquid. Depending on how many eggs are in your eggnog, you might want to eliminate a yolk.

Eggnog drizzled over gingerbread cake is yummy. Or mix a little into whipped cream and drizzle it over the cake.
