Hi Brenda,  Welcome.  Are you thinking wet felted or needle felted?  I've been thinking of some needle felted pointsetta lapel pins.  Got as far as looking in vintage crepe paper flower books and coloring books for pointsetta designs.  Then made up a paper pattern.  But alas, have not gotten up the energy to actually needle felt one.  So far have done a few snowmen  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=61162.0
and a couple of holly leaf lapel pins. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=59115.0

Hope that helps.

I don't have a pic for you but have you looked at www.supermaggie.com? She has some wonderful flowers for sale. I have a "tiny" and wear it all the time! She might have something that looks like a poinsetta, elongated leaves. I can just "see" it now, but I'm seeing little seed beads in the middle for some sparkle.
