Yes, I will admit I got the idea from the Chicken/Viking Hat.

I finished this bad boy just in time for a craft show, and it got snapped up in no time. It's even got some rivets along the metal brim there!

Feedback, ideas, improvements, all are always appreciated.

This hat is awesome! The only thing I'd differ would be the rivets being in a different color from the metal brim so that they stand out a bit, like a silver rim and brass rivets- you know? But it looks awesome as is!

For the D&D man in your life you could always add a knit beard to the earflaps so your baby can look like a dwarf, my hubby would think that was cool anyway
