11/28/05 - Why does it take Leah so darn long to reply to PMs and emails?!

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to apologize if you PM or email and it takes me a while to get back to you. I get so many messages every day! What I do is read them right away and if they are urgent I try to take care of it immediately and if not it might take me a week or maybe two weeks to get to it. So bear with me!

I was all riled up for a "YOU LISTEN HERE- LEAH WORKS INCREDIBLY HARD FOR THIS WEBSITE, SHE CAN'T INSTANTLY REPLY TO ALL OF YOUR MESSAGES BECAUSE SHE'S BUSY MAKING THIS PLACE AS AWESOME AS IT IS. Also, if you want them answered more quickly (is that proper grammer?  I hope so), you could PM us mods.  Often we can answer the questions, too.

Let me know if you want a good program for handling "tickets".. 
You don't need to explain why you might take a little while to reply to emails or PM's at all, with a site full of 40,000+ users I would have thought it would be quite obvious!

You have NO worries - if anyone is a serious user of this site then they will completely understand - if they don't then don't worry about them - I was going to put in what my grandfather would have said but not sure if it's acceptable - 'uck 'em.

I like the others was going to give the writer of the title of this post a piece of my mind, until I realised it was you!

Again, don't worry if people don't understand - they most likely don't understand Craftster at all!

Please, keep up the very and much needed good work - those that do understand (and I am sure that I can speak for all of them) appreciate you and your work very much!
