In a time of profound technological advancements, sadly, things that were once cherished are being obliterated. Cassette tapes were swept aside for a new generation of cds and dvds. Now it's MP3 players. Who knows what's next?! In this time of chaos, I offer you solitude. And by solitude, I mean a totally sweet mix tape swap!
Here's the low-down: In this swap, you will be assigned to three different partners and will make a different mix tape for each one. You may use a theme if you like, such as "Music to _____________ too", but this is optional if you find it too limiting. The icing on the cake is the more traditional crafty part of the swap. Along with making the tape, you'll get to craft a new case for it. This can be done by embellishing the original case, or by making an entirely new one out of any medium you prefer. Go crazy!
The send out dates are a week apart. This means:
First send out: Jan. 9
Second send out: Jan. 16
Third send out: Jan. 23
