raglan style sweatshirt HELP!!

I'm looking to make a raglan style sweatshirt out of some tshirts but i'm not sure how to do the sleeves? does anyone know how to do this or where to find a tutorial on this? Please help if you can. THANKS!!!

your best bet would probably be to find an old raglan shirt to cut apart from a thrift store or a pattern for one.  sleeves are a bitch!

Yes, but raglan sleeves are easier than set in sleeves. The only thing I have to say is that you can't alter the sleeve from the T-shirt and make it raglan.

true x 2.  you could take an old t-shirt and cut it apart like a raglan, just to get an idea, though.

sorry, i should have explained this better. I'm using one tshirt for the body, and then another tshirt as the material for the sleeves, hood and pocket.  the sleeves are coming from another material, not the original tshirt. I just needed to know whether there were any hints to doing that kind of sleeve. from what i was reading on other postings it looked like it was more complicated than it seemed.
