I've been through all the advent calendar threads, and I already have the calendar made. What I need now is little things to put in the different days. Most of the things I've seen have been more for girls, so I'm looking for ideas for a teenage boy..

Any help would be great, thanks!

does he play guitar? Picks? Umm, sweets/chocolate - obviously! wrist cuff or sweatbands...
tell us more about what he's into.

He's learning guitar, yeah. He's in band (plays trombone), he's really into music and all.. He's just kind of an average guy I guess, he's pretty sweet and smart and lovely Smiley . Not punk or anything like that. He's 17, going on 18 in the spring..

What's your size for the calendar (I've seen all different sizes and shapes, so I was just wondering) Also what is your price limit per day. I know they are usually small cheapish, but my cheap, your cheap, and someone else's cheap could all be different. And maybe you want a couple of splurge days.

So anyway, here are a couple of ideas;
Key Chain
Gift Cards (Music store, McDonald's, clothes store, etc.)
Mini Mini travel games
Deck of playing cards
Necklace (my boys wear them, I know not all do though)
nailclippers (my boys always lose theirs)
small soaps
bandanna (embroidered or not) My kids like to wear these on their heads when they go biking or working
Bookmark (like thong style)
Book lights (some are fairly small)
lip balm
marble magnets
patches (favorite band, etc...)
incense if he likes that or candles
decal for his car if he has one

I don't really know what else to think of, and I'm sure some of these will probably not work. You can never go wrong with a candy he likes.
