Here's a little brain protector I just finished for my little girl prune (a pretty name in french).
It's just a basic brain protector, finished with 3 rows of i-cord on top. Then I picked up the stitches along the bottom  and knit one more row with some short row action for the earflaps. I'm just too lazy to make earflaps the "right" way...   Wink

As for the yarn  it's a single ply yarn, 100% wool I think but very soft. Unfortunately I lost the labels so I have no idea of the name and brand of the yarn, but I really like it.
I still have 2 skeins of the same yarn, but in turquoise (& brownish) tones. Don't know yet if I'll use them for another brain protector for prune's cousin, or maybe some fingerless mitts...?

Cute! Cheesy  And the brain protector isn't bad either (cue drum and cymbal for that joke, plus lots of groans).  Both are gorgeous tho Smiley
