M and Mr S just spent a very pleasant weekend in Wales. Whilst there we visited Curlew Weavers near Newcastle Emlyn in Ceredigion. As well as making beautiful hand woven fabric, throws, and clothes, they sell very, very reasonably priced knitting yarn in lovely colours. I bought just over a kilo of green DK-weight 100% wool for 15.75.

So if you live within a reasonable distance or you're planning to visit, Curlew Weavers are well worth a look.
