If you are working on (or thinking about starting) a postage stamp quilt with 1.5" squares, I have scraps and squares to give away.  PM me if you're interested.

That's my favorite site!  I've made two of her scrappy quilts but I just need to find the time to quilt them.

Thanks so much for all the awesome links! I'm new to quilting (I made a strip-pieced quilt for my nephew that's not quite done yet, and am taking a Quilting for Beginners class at my local Creative Sewing Center) and this is incredibly helpful, especially since it doesn't involve spending money!

I found a free motion quilting blog that looks like it is a great resource.  Ever have a hard time deciding what to quilt in your quilts?  Someone is trying to do 365 designs for free motion filler designs.  The site is organized, there are videos that are short, but show you what you need to know.  She tells you what level of quilters would do best for the designs and why, what type of design it is, where you could try to use it in the quilts.  I tell you, this is very inspirational to me being a new quilter!

as I was searching for dresden plate quilts,

 Shocked look, what I've discovered!
http://www.quiltindex.org/index.php

you can use the "quilt index search" to look for a pattern, and it spits out the quilts you wanted, with pics!

I get a lot of free quilt patterns from magazines at the library. I always look to get ideas and often change them to my requirements. I almost never use an actual pattern and just make my own from pictures.

I found that the following site was the best if you're a beginner at creating quilts.
