I am new to the craft show business! I am loving it! However, I really want to vamp up my table display. I sell beaded jewelry and hand made bags.
I've searched the web for craft fair displays but haven't found anything I like.
I am searching for some funky ideas for my jewelry and hanging my bags in a very simple and pretty fashion. Also some colorful boxes, table top racks and such. I am also looking for a bodice for pictures of long necklaces.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for reading! Grin

Perhaps this might come in handy for your necklaces.
Good luck at the fair!

Check the yellow pages for places that sell used store display items etc...  There's a great plaace where I live that sells everything from glass cases to manequins.  I've also used a simple garment rack and hung things from hangers.  Foam core from art supply stores is also EXCELLENT to make table top stands etc.. Especially good if you have earrings or pins you need to stick to something.  Good luck!

There is a website called JewelrySupply.com that has very fairly priced display items.  I have also seen people use nice thick interestingly shaped branches screwed together in various ways to hang bracelets and necklaces from.  You might find the nice branches at a pet store like what you would put in a bird cage or a reptile cage for the animal to climb on. Another idea for display boxes might be cigar boxes; sometimes you can find really interesting ones (at least in my area as Tampa has a large number of historical cigar factories).  For the purses I would suggest a purse tree made out of one x one boards screwed together to resemble a hat rack.  I am just getting into this and have been doing a lot of brainstorming as well.  I hope these ideas make sense to you.  Let me know if you want more explanation.

Check Ebay for great display items. I did a show last month with some new display items from there that I got for a steal and I know it helped boost my sales. Good luck!

I found a nice necklace rack and containers at the container store. I'm sure you could find more ideas there.
