And the pattern for the 1-up.

I know it's weird. Any ideas about what to put these kind of images on? I was thinking some article of clothing or something. Any ideas?

Whoa... I LOVE the mushroom!  They'd be cute on the back pocket of a pair of jeans, a patch on a backpack, a little coin purse... you could do them in intarsia around the edge of a knitted hat (or in duplicate stitch or even cross stitch on anything knitted). For some reason I immediately wanted to put the "1-up" mushroom on the back of my underwear.. lol!  I think you should chart out some more mario stuff.. or maybe some Zelda?  Ultra-cool Smiley

Mary wished to say something very sensible, but knew not how.

Those are too cute! Really takes me back.

If ya want, my store has some Mario, teenage mutant ninja turtles, California raisins, and Cabage Patch kids cross stitch charts. They're so cute! I really like the Ninja Turtles one.

YOU ARE MY HERO! I've been thinking of doing some Mario inspired x-stitching...[it makes sense, considering everything's in pixels]. This is awesome, I am totally going to do these.

I love the cheep cheep!

Update:

Haven't actually tried it yet, but here's a pattern I made from the kirby crane mini-game in kirby's adventure:

Use Anchor Cotton thread; colours are:
ANC 1 Snow White
ANC 62 Magenta - med
ANC 110 Lavender - med
ANC 235 Charcoal Gray - med
ANC 403 Black
ANC 1012 Chicory - lt
ANC 1026 Wineberry - vy lt

If someone makes it, I'd love to see it. Smiley Feel free to add border or text too; I was lazy.

Oh man, those are awesome!!  I love Mario, I'm soo an 80's child.

They could go anywhere!  I'd make a shower curtain out of them.  I know it sounds weird, but my bathroom is the only room in the house I allow myself to "theme" and what fun to have a Nintendo theme in the bathroom!  Heheheee!!   Smiley
