ok, well you have to sew on buttons. i took an old shirt that i got when my little sister was born (it is super tight), cut it and put on some buttons... viola, easy breezy cute shrug!!!

cute.. tell us if it frays though?

i've washed it a couple of times, and it hasn't frayed; it's just a regulat t-shirt. the button holes are a little stretched out, but they still work fine and they shrink back up after i wash that shirt.
