My groups are listed on 3 of these sites. I run recycle/reuse sites in Brevard County, we are the original Freecycle groups here, but went independent.

Hi Fairyprincessbeanie,
For Australia you can go to Jhoula's freecycle link and follow the selection listed as "International".  There's more than one freecycle group in Melbourne.  One of the Melbourne ones is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MelbourneOzFreecycle/.  Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Jen.

Freecycle.org is designed to keep things out of the waste stream. Check for the closest one in your local area.......you will be delightfully surprised to find things you need/want.........Remember - none of us "throw anything away" - 'cause - where does it go??

Try www.redo.org for a list of reuse centers around the U.S. Not ususally free, but usually cheap!

There is a place by where I live called construction junction. They take things leftover from remodeling progects. There is always a ton of awesome junk there! U can find antique stuff and just hardware stuff! I once made a pendant from a rusty washer type thingy it was realy cool!

If you're in the Baltimore area, try the free store:  www.freestorebaltimore.org

They're only open for shopping certain days, which they have listed on the website.  I'm going to try to make a trip there on Sept 11th and find old clothes to repurpose.
