please stop being so stubborn. this hurts me more than it hurts you, trust me.
you will be so much prettier if you would just cooperate. don't you want to go out on the town?!

p.s. please get along with the E600.

Norsgoebel's purse is done!!   Grin  I had a long, quiet weekend, with two days off work and no big plans.  So I worked my way steadily through my plan, achieved it with satisfying results, and boxed up the final product.  I hope to get to the post office one day this week, and then this baby is on its way home!

Nors, I can't WAIT to see what you think - I really hope you like it!

My scissors and I spent about 5 hours cutting last night. One trip to Joann's and I'm done!

I was trying to decide how to get the Kate spade logo off tristitas purse, but I couldn't find any stitching...my boyfriend asked to see, and just simply peeled it right off!  Lips sealed Grin

Oh yeah, this E6something or another I'm hearing about. Where could I get some?

Wow! Great job on getting the bag done early! I can't wait to see it!

Please remember to send me the DC# when you ship and I'll start a gallery.

How is everyone else doing?

E6000 can be purchased at Michael's or Walmart. I got some at walmart and it was a bad batch, not sure if there's an expiration date on that stuff, but there should be!

Your purse went into the postal system today, stifflersmom, and I pm'd you with the DC number. I sent it priority, so it should get there in two days. Ha! When you sent it to me priority, it took five! Let's see if our friends at the post office have gotten their act back together now that the Christmas rush is over...

I get my purse first? WOOOT!

Thanks racky for being such a speedy revamper! I just can't wait to see what happened to my little straw bag while it vacationed in the balmy south.

I got a tube of E6000 at JoAnn's.  Then I ended up sewing almost exclusively for this swap.   Roll Eyes

Now that you mention it, it sort of looks like it just took a vacation in the balmy south.

Coincidence? I think not.

Ok I feel so stumped!!!
I brought my bag on my trip, but things have been really crazy at home cause of some family problems so I didn't have time to even think about it!
Hopefully now I'm back home I can come up with a plan... a visit to a craft store is clearly in order....
Ok.. I'm totally stumped on my partners name too... but do you like birds??
