I don't have any on hand at the moment soI can't check myself but I just saw a packet of hobnobs in a vegan book and I was wondering, are hobnobs vegan?

The plain chocolate ones are, as far as general ingredients go.  If you get really nity gritty in the sugar processing, I'm not sure.

What are hobnobs?  I assume they're some form of dessert not from the U.S.?

sammyb...they're a sort of biscuit (or cookie if you like)... made from oats, and much loved by english tea-drinking types.

Hobnobs!!!! I just found out they do sell them in the States.  Awesome to know that they are vegan. . .as opposed to McVitie's digestive bisquits, which aren't Embarrassed
