It's getting to be winter soon, and I for one love to spoil myself in the season.  I like to bundle up in comfy soft things and eat tasty sweet things.  I have an idea for a swap that we can all send eachother things that provide comfort, warmth, and joy.  Examples would be:

ski hats
feet toasties
sweaters to keep our pets warm as well
hot chocolate
heck, chocolate period
holiday music cds
scented candles
tissue covers (many of us are bound to get sick this winter)

Edit: I was thinking we could have sign ups around early Janurary and send by later that month.

What a cute idea. This could be cool and it could be done after Christmas - our coldest days in my part of Texas tend to be in Jan and Feb

Yes, definitely after the holiday rush.  I think that once the festivities of Christmas and the glitsy parties of New Years are over, it will be the middle of January, when it's drab and cold, and it would be super nice to look forward to receiving a colorful little "winter care package," don't ya think?   Smiley

Yes for sure   Grin  nice slippers and a cup of hot tea with some nice candles burning - very nice on a cold night.

What a super idea!  We could make it into a winter care package:  a scarf/slippers/mittens, hot chocolate, and a candle to set the mood  Cheesy

Making an effort to use proper English and not 'net slang makes me much more willing to respond to your post.

OOhhh I love this idea!! Here in Milano, Italy it already feels like winter, temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius and I would love something warm, colorful and cheerful to help me thruogh the winter :-)
