Ok my neice has a week to complete this project of a model home of Quechan Indians. So I spent 4 hours at the library today...as a result I can hardly walk anymore (due to my illness) and found maybe 6 whole pages of info on the Quechan and NO pictures  Cry Cry :'
Also I hate to admit this but I have never made a "model home" before so if anyone could give me advice on this I would really really appreciate it!  I figure crafty people can help me out with this one right?  I remember reading someones post about helping thier little sister...just can't find it again Sad Thank you in advance Cheesy

I looked it up on Google, and another name for the Quechan is Yuma. I found this, I hope it helps.

coffee filters, dipped in a little coffee for brownness and then stiffened with starch, make great wigwams, if that applies at all.

Thank you both so much!! That link was perfect pseudoephedrine. I was already building a house kind of like that from the decriptions and it made me feel much better to see an actual picture. Also during the summer they would move out into the fields and live in domed huts which I think the coffee filter idea is perfect for jacktastic. You have both lifted a burden off my shoulders I feel like 15 pounds lighter Cheesy

Ok here is what I came up with. Just thought I'd show you since you guys helped me with ideas. We were already almost done with the log part of the house so we ran out and got grass. The "mud" on the roof is Mod Podge and coffee Smiley I should have taken a pic of the side too but I can't now since its on display at her school. Thanks again.
