Ongoing wish swap 3

I got my artwork from onesmallinstument two days ago.  It is totally awesome!  It matches perfectly with the decor in my bathroom, and it graces the wall above the light switch.  My boyfriend will be home with the digicam later today, and I will post pictures (unless you took pics, onesmallinstument, then go ahead and show them off...)

I received the best felted necklace from shsupernova this week!

My clothes are really monochromatic so I really love how bright the colors are.  I wore it to school today and everyone wanted to touch it and see it closer - it was a big hit.

Penguino--So glad you like your sushi stuff!  Like I said I really wish I could knit so I could put some of that stuff to good use myself... but, alas, I think I am destined to only be a mediocre sew-er.

Bobolink--Yes!  Now someone else has sushi goodies too, I could hardly believe it when someone wished for something I had made!

I think someone asked what the stichmarkers were made from--just polymer clay and I used split rings from the jewelry section of the craft store...


So glad to be back...!  I better go check my mail!

I just saw this post...  I scanned the piece before I sent it because I have ridiculous difficulties using a digital camera.  I'm glad that you like it and that you found a place for it where it wouldn't look out of place.    I'd like to see a picture of it in action, though, if you take one.
