Jenny, thank you so SO much for taking the time to explain all that. I really appreciate it. It's very, very clear and very helpful.

You can see that I was very confused.  Embarrassed

Thanks again!

Just want to make sure I understand.

If I made a bag embroidered with a Sublime Stitching design, decided to sell it on ebay or etsy and gave you credit for the design, that's fine.

But if I decided to keep re-making that bag (and others) and developing a "store" or including these items in a store, then I would have to get a licensing agreement.

Right?

I'm not in the position to do either of these right now.  But with all that I am embroidering, I may run into something I'd rather not keep and just sell.  Just wanted to clear things up before that possibility came up.  And I obviously have no problem with paying any fee or percentage to you at all, I just want to know what I need to do before the situation comes up.

So, what's the cost of a licensing agreement? (not that I am in any position to need one yet, but purely out of curiousity)

Like the 80's film Billie Jean states, "fair is fair!".
