usa / international christmas/channukah/holiday craft & treat swap

i was thinking of starting an international swap that focuses on the different things available during the holidays in different countries. i know some countries celebrate christmas on different days (the netherlans is on the 5th i believe) and we all have different things (candy is a good example) that is traditionally available. we could swap a holiday craft (maybe a stocking??) and fill it with some country specific treats?? is anyone interested? should i start this??
