I just spent 2 hours trying to layer different colours of glycerine soap in order to make nice rainbow hand soap for Xmas gifts. However, when I cut them in to bars all of the layers separated. Is there any way to make this work or fix this? WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

If anyone has any tips I'd like to know
