thats awsesome!!! i actually bought some beads at work today and made one of the flowers cant remember the name right now. i want to make th camellia next though. what sucks about some packages of beads is that they are not all uniform in size and it really starts to mess things up i find. ug. now i know what to look for when choosing.

It is actually easier if you get hanks of beads. The string they are on makes transferring them to wire so much easier. If you are having trouble finding hanks of beads in your area check out Shipwreck. They are awesome. The prices are good too. I know I am starting to sound like and advertisement for them, but the place is incredible. I will do all of my bead shopping there always.

whats the silver think you have around the base of the flowers? looks beautiful with it.

i know i should buy hanks but am trying to use some of the beads i already have. we do have a bead store about 2 hrs away that does the hanks. so next time i'm there i might grab a few.

It is a bouquet holder I bought at Garden Ridge down in St Louis. Here is a link.

It really makes the bouquet look nice.

I'm really really impressed... I also saw that article in the magazine and yours are so beautiful.

Are you planning on displaying your bouquet after your wedding?

Your work is breathtaking - congratulations on your wedding, which is today!

I wanted to link to another post I made regarding getting beads on wire - I found a tool called a bead spinner, which is an amazing time saver.
