I forgot to mention this:
Anyone shipping without delivery confirmation (to another country, canadians...) MUST save the receipt as proof. If you don't and your package doesn't arrive you will be considered as not sending and have to resend or receive nagative feedback. Because we are sending tiny things they might not allow DC even within the US. Save your receipts also, it is proof that you shipped. There will be NO exceptions.

Sounds good, PinkM!  Most people in One Tiny Round 1 were able to get DC numbers.  The clerk at the post office told me that the only reason they sometimes can't give them is when an envelope is flat enough to be run through the machine.  If it is large enough or bulky enough that the have to hand-stamp, then they can do DC numbers.

With a solid set of guidelines to cut down on flaking, we are in for a wonderful swap!!  14 people did round 1, and no one flaked, and everyone had fun (so they tell me!).  Let's make Round 2 just as wonderful!
