Not sure if this is in the right spot...

Anyone know where I can find a few yards to tweed without paying an arm and a leg for it?  Joann's had some for $15/yd. and while I can afford that I'd rather try to find it a bit cheaper.  Ebay didn't have anything I liked.  Any other suggestions???

Thanks!

How about finding an old tweed men's jacket in a secondhand shop?  Sometimes if you get them in extra-large you can salvage a good amount of fabric.

Carnation milk is the best in the land, here I sit with a can in my hand, no tits to pull, no hay to pitch, you just punch a hole in the son of a bitch

Ohhh, good idea!  Never even thought about it!  I guess that's because the second I enter a thrift store, I'm automatically in "try on" mode and don't think of re-purposing objects to make into something else.  Thanks for that wonderful suggestion!
