One of the trick-or-treaters who came to my door last month was dressed up as an octopus. His mother was with him and said he was crazy over octopi.
I have been looking for a pattern ever since. Thank you for this.

Your pattern is going on my "after-the-Christmas-rush" list of things to be knitted.
(But I can't promise a picture - no camera. Yet.)
