Hi all.  I made this out of a pair of old jeans and one of those cute mark down dresses that you think you will wear but in actuality sits in your closet forever... ok.. so this is my first craftster project.  The idea isnt new tho. My aunt made a locker organizer much like the other organizers that have been listed here for my mom who works in a hospital where she has to shower a few times a day going into/out of restricted areas  so it holds her brushes etc inside the door of the locker.

Anyway i started this by hand.  My wonderful boyfriend bought me a sewing machine mid way through the project so this was my "learn how the sewing machine works and DOESN't work project"  When the organizer is full it kinda bulges in spots.  I condeed it wasnt perfect but it was my first attemp at something like this =)

Ok heres the picture of the organizer.. its designed to hang from the front of my craft 5 drawer plastic cart but the pic is of it hanging from a drawer in the kitchen where there was better light.  I plan on using this when i start a project so i can have most of my tools for that proiject together and within reach.  I also have a love of those gel sparkly pens so for now this is what it looks like..

heres a close up on the detailing

thanks for looking =)

oh btw this is the third life for these jeans.  They were my moms from highschool.. i cut them to shorts like 10 years ago.. and well they now live on...

ps look forward to crafting again with you crafty folks.. you give me inspiration!!

Not yet crafty enough to have a rawking sig.
