ok this is how we would like to have it - if you aren't RED in swap 1 or 2 - you are good to go here - since it's just 2 items.

HOWEVER once we get to round four - you must have everything closed out for round one, and round two and three must have good status.
Then for round 5 it will move up - so basically you can be in process for the previous 2 rounds and you are still ok.
....memo: must work on wording that better
