OK everyone, post your pics here and share what ya all got from your swappers!
I did get a swap partner at the last minute, so YAY!
I have to give a big super duper THANK YOU! to Jeweled Monkey for the special gift of beaded earrings!! I had made a mistake in the original lineup of swap partners which left me without a partner, and she sent me that special surprise because shes a DOLL!

and from my Swap Partner, Princess_me, I got a TON of goodies. loads of beads, confetti shapes, fimo thingies, containers for the beads (or my unruly glitter obsession.lol) sequins, twisty wire...omg all sorts of things! My kids went nuts when I opened the box, imagining all the wonderful crafty goodness they can have with me. Wink Thank you Dori!!!!!!!

Ok, so this has been the most insane week...I had to unexpectadly leave town on Sunday and I won't be back until Thursday.  This is AWFUL timing because I haven't sent my package yet!!!  I am NOT a flaker though and I have stuff ready to go, I will send it out ASAP!

Secondly...OH MY GOODNESS!  My friend joined me today and brought with her the swap package from Tiph Thompson!  All I can say is I'm glad you sent first so I can attempt to bulk up what I'm sending you.  She went WAY beyond what was needed and not only that, everything she sent is completely awesome.  My friends are seething with jealousy.  I'll post pictures soon, but to give you an idea of what she sent:
- TONS of cool fabric and yarn
- bunches of beads, findings, etc.
- postcards (an AWESOME international collection!), papers, stamps, stickers, clippings of pin-up girls and even a temp. tattoo of a pinup!
- a striped barbie bag full of zippers, ribbons and trims
- a rolmark roller for stencilng (SO cool!)
- sunprints

The list goes on and on.  I can't even begin to list all the cool stuff!!  She even sent me a list of really  tasty sounding vegetarian recipes to try in the dorms (so thoughtful!).  THANK YOU SO MUCH, and I SWEAR you will get your package soon!!!

I haven't heard anything about whether or not a package was sent to me or if mine was received (it was delivered on Monday).  Sad

I received from Jackmo today! The box was so heavy!
She sent great yarns (I love the yellow), tons of beads and ribbon, a huge candle, and lots of other great supplies. I just found it on top of the mailbox this morning, so I haven't been able to spread it all out and look through it yet. Here's a quick photo I took in the car:

Thanks so much! I feel like I definitely need to send you another package!

Alrighty, here's what tiph thompson sent me...are you all ready for this?  You're not, but I'll show you anyway.

Here it is all together in all its majesty!

The "paper products" portion of the loot

the "yarn and jewelry" portion (you can see I already started using some of the yarn)

Ahhh!  Amazing, isn't it?  Thanks again!!

I wanted to add...she attached little orange notes to pretty much EVERYTHING in the box saying what it was and why she sent it...it was so fun to look through everything and find these little notes!  This was seriously the best swap ever.

awww.   Wink  glad you liked it.  I know i went a little overboard, but as i've mentioned to Julie L, I had a credit with the post office that i had to use up so i figured, what the heck, and just packed whatever i could find into a box.  I must say, though, you didn't mention the "cat butt gum" which, come on, so OBVIOUSLY the only thing really worth having in there.   Grin  Anyways, yeah, hope you'll get some use out of it - it created some much needed space (which seems to mysteriously fill up while i'm not looking..hmm..)
