I started Prince of Tides this weekend. I'm really enthralled! Forget the movie and Babs, ish. The book, so far, is amazing!

FINALLY!  I'm posting the AMAZING package that Faerietail sent me!  She went above and beyond (as many of you did...and crafted way too many items (not that I'm complaining!)

A retelling of Beauty and the Beast and an exploration of the use of fairy tales in children's psychology. So excited. Somehow she knew that I've been reeeeeally into fairy tales lately and I love folk tale theory!

Great stuff!  Beauty is a great book.  I used to reread it all the time.  I just reread Robin McKinley's other take on Beauty and the Beast.  It's called Rose Daughter.  I would also recommend that one if you are interested.
