I am trying to figure out the best way to paint an image that I drew on a tote bag.  I basically want to fill the image in with black ink but want it to look solid (versus uneven, and ugly).  I know my best move would have been to silk screen the image onto the bag - but it's too late for that.

Any brand recommendations for fabric paint/ink (something that is washable and does not bleed)?  I would definitely consider using some sort of pen if there is anything you know works...

Any recommendations for a good method for applying the paint?

Please help - thanks!
