What do you do when you are an organizer for a swap and when someone signed up for the swap they had perfect feedback.  Then after the swap has started someone posts negative feedback.  Their partner gets extremely worried that they are going to be flaked on, any idea what happens then?

I need some suggestions because this just happened to a swap I am organizing (my first one) and I am not quite sure how this should be handled.

I think when this has happened before, the swap partner will wait until they recieve from the person with negative feedback. That is, whether or not the send out date passes soon, have your person hold out. If this person in question is keeping up their communication and have not given you a reason to worry, give them the benefit of the doubt. You could also ask the organizer that gave the negative to give you an idea of the situation. If this person keeps poor communication, though, you may want to think about reassigning partners (depending how far along your swap is).
