Here is my Christmas Jean tree!
I realize it's a little early to be thinking about Christmas crafts,
but I had this great idea as a present for my aunt, and this was a fantastic opportunity to act on it!

So the materials I used are:

scraps from two pairs of old jeans cut into 1.5 inch squares
a styrafoam cone
some wood pieces painted white for the tree base
some neddles with coloured balls on the end
a pen
a glue gun
some spray starch

And here's how I did it!

I covered the end of a pen with a jean square and then jammed it into the styrafoam tree.
And kept doing that untill it was covered with little jean squares everywhere!
If any of them were falling out, I used the glue gun to fill up the hole and put the jean in again on the pen. The base I put together with the glue gun, painted white, and jammed it into the bottom of the styrafoam and made it stay with some more glue gun help.
Then I put some pins in it to add decoration and make it look more christmas tree like and sprayed the whole thing with starch to stiffen it up and make it a little more sturdy.
It was super easy and I think it turned out nicely!

I hope you all like it!
