Here is what I came up with: a pair of cute mary janes out of my husband's old 80's acid-washed jeans. Hope you like 'em!




Sorry I didn't take any pics while I was making them, but the soles have heavy cardboard inserts to make them a little more durable.

Thank you! I can wear them out, as long as it isn't raining. The cardboard inserts in the soles are REALLY thick.

They look good.  I think you chose a nice soft denim as apposed to a really stiff denim

And I did. Really, these were a pair of my husband's old jeans. I;m sure htey were the height of fashion when he was young ( he is quite a bit older than me  Wink  )
