ok so i broke my wrist in a freak skateboarding accident and instead of having a boring cast, my friend painted it for me! look!

its pretty rad, i really like it! i saved the plaster one to make a craft with eventually.

im not sure why my fingers look so fat but im pretty sure they arent usually that fat.

I'm sorry you broke your wrist.  Your cast does look pretty cool, though.

You might want to take your rings off, while you still can. Smiley  Breaking your wrist can make your hand and fingers swell.  It can be really uncomfortable, (even painful), to get your rings stuck at that point.  If you think your fingers are looking fat, it's probably because they are swelling. just regular acrylic paint on a fibreglass cast.  Likeholywine: it looks cool now, but breaking your wrist hurts like nobodys business! Its a pain in the ass.  Also, i get this cast off on the weekend, so i'll have a new one soon. does anyone have any ideas about how i should decorate the new one?

*SQUEE*   Shocked That's so cool!
My brother broke his arm a few days ago.  I'm going to get some acrylic paints for his artist friend and hope some magic happens.

You should get a little paint stirrer from a hardware store and paint it to match.  You'll need it to itch your arm.

Uh, from what I know about casts, you ARE NOT going to want to keep that one-expect it to smell pretty funky and be ishy on the inside.....
Check out the great scenes in the movie Frida when she paints on her body cast if you want more inspiration-a great movie all around (but not a good one to watch with your mom eep!).
