Hi Xiuxiu!

Are you still knitting this, because I am thinking of making it, I love easy patterns! I just have to find a yarn!

This would be my targeted project after the holidays, haven't made anything nice for myself for a long time. Since I'm still a newbie, all I ever knit are hats and wristwarmers lol. I knitted a sweater for my son a while ago, think it's time to expand and make a cardi for me  Grin

Here's the yarn I'm thinking of using:

What do you think?

Sometimes it's knit and sometimes it's crochet.

I love top down raglans. Thanks for sharing the pattern link. I'm working on a few other projects right now but I'll keep this one in the queue.

I'm working on this right now, actually.  I'm totally in for a knitalong.  I'm adding some poorly-plotted fair isle to mine, so it could be a complete disaster, but I'd love to share my progress as I go along.

I finally took some crappy pics of how mine is coming along.

I can't seem to get the craftster photo thing to like me, so if you'd like to see, you can scoot on over to my blog.

Hope everyone else is having fantastic luck with this.

I finished mine about 3 weeks ago.

I still have to decide how to wear it, with pin or ribbon to close the top.  What do you think?

Loisgriffinwannabe: have you started the cardigan yet?  what yarn did you use?

kittyscorner: Did you buy the yarn?  I think it looks gorgeous.  I'm thinking of buying the same yarn to make another cardigan maybe?   Wink

magnoliacoffee:  wow! great job with the fair isle.  it looks awesome.

I just blocked mine on our snow day Friday, and wore it to school... I got many great comments!  I will post pics when I can, but this was my first large garment, and I'm thrilled with it!   Smiley
